We do everything to consign your ordered goods in perfect conditions.
Our packaging consists of:- cardboard box
- packing material
During summer we furthermore pack the delicate chocolates in thermo-packaging avoiding thus an excessive increase in temperature. This service is free of charge for you.
Our delivery conditions
Area of delivery:Only within Italy and throughout Europe. It is not possible to deliver to parcel stations or P.O.boxes.
Time of delivery:
Your ordered goods will be delivered by parcel post in Italy within 48h the latest after receipt of payment. We only send Monday through Thursday in order to avoid an improper storage of the goods during the weekend. It’s always our utmost concern to consign the goods as fast and as safe as possible to your indicated address.
Cost of delivery:
The delivery costs comply with the shipping weight (decisive is always the gross weight), please see chart below:

Availability of products:
Should we not be able to deliver one of your ordered products, we will immediately inform you by email. We will, of course, do everything to avoid such a situation, however, due to shortage in production or transport difficulties (strikes, severe weather, bank holidays etc.) such circumstances might occur. During summer and extreme temperatures, we reserve the right to dispatch delayed or only in special packaging in order to prevent the goods from damage. You will also be informed immediately by email should this case result.
