Who stays behind Cafe-Koenig.com?
More than a 100 years of experience in high quality manufacturing of pastry products stay behind Cafe-Koenig. Our rage of products, should it be pralines, short cakes or cakes, is produced with the highest ingredients and pure handcraft. You will never find mass products with us! Our name stands for fist class quality and we are looking forward to receiving your feedback.

When should our products be consumed?
Our products are manufactured for you “just-in-time” without any preservative agents and should thus be consumed as soon as possible. Pralines should be consumed within one month from date of delivery. Please see to a storage of the pralines at a room temperature of 14 to 18 °C. Thus, they not only keep their excellent aroma, but also their delicious aspect. Our cakes should be consumed within 1 week the latest and the short cakes within 2 weeks. The Linzer Cake as well as the Zelten can be stored up to 3 weeks.

Are the pralines produced by handcraft?
Our patissiers manufacture every single praline for you with the best quality ingredients.

Can I find a detailed list of all ingredients on the packaging?
Of course, every package contains also an individual and detailed list of the ingredients you will find inside.

Is there a shop where your goods can be seen or acquired?
Sure, our complete range of products as well as a lot of other “sweets” can also be purchased in our shop. The address is:

How do you handle bulk orders?
Seeing that every single product is manufactured exclusively by handcraft, we can accept bulk order only after having cleared with our patissiers. For that reason please contact us in advance (info@cafe-koenig.com or tel.no. +39-(0)473-237162) in order to clarify every detail. We will do everything in order to let your wishes come true.

What are the delivery costs and how long does it take?

Can the delivery and invoice addresses be different?
Sure, that is possible without any problem. You can have the goods delivered directly to another address (e.g. as a present). The invoice will be sent to you instead.

Can I have the goods delivered at a fixed date (e.g. an anniversary or Valentine´s Day)?
We always do our utmost to take into consideration target date orders. Unfortunately, it is not yet really possible for the moment. You are, however, welcome to let us have your personal message, should you desired a delivery on a stipulated date.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?
You can comfortably pay for your order by credit card or by bank transfer (Mastercard, Visa, Carta Sí, American Express and Diners Club). The coordinates of the receiving bank are:

As soon as your payment has been registered and the goods have left our house, you automatically get a delivery confirmation.
